- State-of-the-art office facilities located within sight of the State House
- Dedicated telephone line answered in the association's name weekdays between 8:30 am and 5:00 pm (answering machine at other times if desired)
- Handling of all membership and dues records; mailing of dues invoices; handling all financial matters, including preparation of monthly and annual financial statements
- Membership development to expand the organization's membership base
- Production of newsletter or periodic bulletins as needed, on our in-house desktop publishing facilities

- Preparing and mailing meeting agendae, staffing meetings and preparing minutes; meetings can be held in our conference room
- Research on a wide range of issues, including legal, financial, environmental, for use in the association's legislative and other work
- Development and administration of membership benefit programs, such as group insurance
- Press releases, information brochures, and other public information media and projects
- Organizing and staffing annual association conferences and other meetings and events
